When Narayan set out to found Manage, MD Inc., he was determined to make the company stand out from its competition by offering the best service as well as a superior final product. In dealing with clients, investors, and partnering companies, he sets the tone for the company's emphasis on relationship building, responsiveness, and accessibility. Narayan currently also owns 2 leading practice management companies in New York, and Illinois. He also holds as investor in successful Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers in New York, and Illinois as well. Previously, Narayan was cofounder of US Infoway and was responsible for enhancing the development process and developing US Infoway's advanced business strategy. Narayan brought to US Infoway over 10 years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems development and technology strategy. His clients ranged from Niagra Mohawk, Merck, Bankers Trust, and Lucent Technologies in implementations of Peoplesoft HR and Financial modules. Narayan earned his double bachelors in Finance and Screenwriting from New York University.

Anna is responsible for enhancing the financial impact of the company. Anna brings to Manage MD over 5 years of experience in book & record keeping, business accounting, and financial strategy. Previously Anna served as staff accountant & Director of Human Resources at Chicago Practice Management, Inc.. Anna holds her bachelor's of Accounting from North Eastern University.

Joe is focused on streamlining MMD's technology strategy to enhance its business process and methods. Joe is the go-to person for the gamut of reports MMD produces in house and for its clients. From internal business platforms to EDI clearinghouse capabilities, Joe brings to MMD, the premier business efficiency to the medical billing industry that is second to none. The combination of business needs and embedded technology solutions is his forte. Joe holds his bachelor's in Computer Information Systems from Information Academy of Design and Technology.

Kris is responsible for developing Manage MD's denial management strategy. With constant changes from government and PPO insurance plans, Kris keeps Manage MD abreast of all the ongoing changes via training, update, and compliance protocols. Kris works closely with our attorneys on level 3 denial strategies, and documentation. Kris' methodologies originally developed now help hundreds of doctors nationwide in collecting what they deserve. Kris holds his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, and Associate Degree from S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook University.
